Shipping & final sale policy

$12 CAD shipping within Ontario

We ship physical products within Ontario only, for a flat rate of $12 CAD per order. The same shipping charge applies to a single item or multiple items in one order.

Choose Ship within Ontario at checkout and enter your Ontario delivery address. Your product subtotal, shipping charge and full total are shown before payment. Review the saved total and choose PayPal or e-Transfer using your private order page; there is no wait for a shipping quote.

Shipping is added to the listed product prices. Production starts after payment is confirmed. Tracking is emailed when your parcel ships. No customer account is required. We do not currently ship outside Ontario. Digital downloads have no shipping charge.

Free local pickup — Cornwall, ON

Local pickup means collecting your order from us in Cornwall, Ontario. Choose this option only if you can collect there; we will arrange a pickup time when your order is ready. Otherwise, select shipping within Ontario for $12 CAD per order. We do not currently ship outside Ontario.

Made to order · sales are final

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds.
