Data deletion instructions

For 3DProducts.ca and the Meta app “3dproducts post manager”. Last updated October 13, 2026.

Request deletion by email

  1. Email jeff@3dproducts.ca with the subject Data deletion request.
  2. Tell us which information you want removed: for example, order photos and print files, a review, or Facebook app connection data.
  3. Include the email address associated with the record and an order number or review details if available. For Facebook app data, include the Page name or Page ID. Please do not send passwords, Page tokens or app secrets.

Jeff & Christine will review your request, verify it where necessary and respond with the outcome or any further information needed. This is an email-based process; submitting a request does not automatically erase records.

Disconnect the Facebook post manager

If you are an authorized 3DProducts.ca administrator, open Admin → Marketing → Facebook Page and select Disconnect in the connection settings. This removes the encrypted Page token and connection details stored by our website.

To remove other app records, such as saved drafts or publishing history, send the deletion request described above. You can also remove the app's access in your Facebook account's app or business-integration settings.

Disconnecting the app does not remove posts or cancel schedules already accepted by Facebook. Manage those separately on the Facebook Page or in Meta Business Suite. Information held by Meta is governed by Meta's own policies.

Order photos, reviews and retained records

Identify the order or review you want us to locate. Tell us if you want the photos and generated print files removed while keeping your purchase record.

Some records may need to remain for accounting, legal requirements or payment disputes. If removal is limited, we will explain which records remain and why. Removing order design files may prevent future reprints from those files.

For browser-only cart or visitor information, you can clear the site's cookies and local storage through your browser settings. To request removal of a corresponding server record, contact us; we may need additional details to locate a record that is not linked to your email address.
